ManaGlobal
About

ManaGlobal Holdings.

A New Zealand holding company building digital products where technology meets social responsibility. Incorporated 10 April 2025. Our first product, MT Whare, is currently in development.

MT Whare didn't start in a boardroom. It started in conversations about whānau who play games every day but feel locked out of the economy those games inhabit. About rangatahi with phone-pocket fluency and zero pathway to homeownership.

We built ManaGlobal Holdings to answer that with a product, not a policy paper. MT Whare is a gamified marketplace where players learn business by doing business, virtually then materially. Top performers don't get a leaderboard pat on the back; they get microloans, mentorship, and a real-world path to a home.

Our vision extends far beyond profit margins. MT Whare is a vehicle for social change, rooted in three Māori values: manaakitanga, kaitiakitanga, and whanaungatanga. These shape how we build, who we hire, and the partners we choose.

We are not just constructing a platform. We are constructing pathways: to homeownership, to financial stability, to emancipation from cycles of disadvantage.

A founder note

From Dereck Paora, Tumuaki (CEO).

Kia ora. The future is not something we wait for. It is something we build, together.

ManaGlobal builds technology that helps whānau move from financial hardship to home ownership. Two kaupapaform one pathway: RomeoMarketplace turns skills and effort into real income, and MT Whare opens the route from those earnings to a home of one's own.

Both are becoming real. RomeoMarketplace is in beta testing now, with MT Whare entering beta alongside it; both will launch mid-2026.

What sets us apart is not that our tools carry culture, but that culture engineers our tools. Mātauranga Māori is our design source, not an afterthought, and we believe it can set a global standard for technology that serves people first.

This is kaitiakitanga practised alongside our communities, under Māori-led governance, not a claim we award ourselves. Prosperity can follow this path; so can mana, community, and culture. We hold that confidence humbly and keep learning as we walk.

He aha te mea nui o te ao? He tangata, he tangata, he tangata.

What is the most important thing in this world? It is people, it is people, it is people.

This is how we build it. Join us.
